Is anyone out there are doing support email ticket management with a
web interface? What kind of software have you found that does this
well? Has anyone connected it to citrus in any way?

We use http://www.troubleticketexpress.com/. Works great and its open
source. Some of the modules are extra, but very reasonably priced if you
need them. It'd be awesome if you could some how integrate Citrus to
take advantage of it.

We have does some connecting of Citrus's mysql tables with DeskPro.
Email or not, a ticketing system would be a great addition to Citrus.
The current ticketing in it doesn't really work in the traditional sense.

In general with how Citrus currently uses tickets, I can't give a ticket
number to a customer, and expect that customer to give the ticket number
to any Customer Support rep to get "caught up" on what's going on.
