[Citrusdb-users] CitrusDB 1.3 Beta Testing

CitrusDB version 1.3 is now in beta and available from the website.
This is not for production use, however you can test some of the new
features that will be soon available:

* a new statusupdate script that is to be run nightly to update
account status and create an account activate/deactivate file

* a carrier dependent service type used for services provided by third
parties who have to be notified of deactivation

* separate notification of account modifications such as enable and reactivate

* new payment history entries for cancels, cancels that owe money
(cancel with fee), and carrier dependent shutoff notices
